The Winter Winery Series is a fully curated wedding experience hosted exclusively at 50th Parallel Estate Winery.

Designed for couples who want an elevated, design-led celebration without managing endless decisions. Every element has been intentionally pre-planned—from florals and decor to ceremony and reception flow—so you can focus on the experience rather than the logistics.

What’s Included?

Every Winter Winery Series celebration includes the foundational elements needed to create a beautifully cohesive wedding experience, while eliminating much of the planning complexity traditionally associated with wedding design and logistics.

Professionally designed florals provided through our partnered floral studio, Valley Bloom Floral Co.
Ceremony & reception styling executed with your selected seasonal colour palette
A thoughtfully curated decor collection including candles and/or table lamps, and select linen napkins
Planning, coordination & wedding day management to ensure a seamless experience from beginning to end
Access to exclusive enhancements and creative partners including photography, hair, makeup, bridal gown and additional design upgrades

Each Winter Winery Series season includes a selection of curated design palettes created exclusively for this experience.

After booking, you will select your preferred palette, and all floral, decor, and styling elements will be fully executed by our creative team to ensure a cohesive and intentional design throughout your wedding.

Investment

The Winter Winery Series is composed of three key elements:

Venue Fee
$2000

Includes Block One Restaurant (ceremony + cocktail hour), the Wine Cave (dinner reception), tables, chairs, linens, stemware, flatware, China, and venue staffing.

Curated Wedding Experience
$7500

Includes structured planning, wedding day coordination, timeline and event flow, florals and decor.

Food & Beverage

Quoted separately through 50th Parallel Estate Winery.

Final investment varies based on optional enhancements and vendor add-ons.
All fees are subject to applicable taxes.
